Radiator hook for bathrobe

Usage

This radiator hook is designed to fit specifically between the horizontal elements of the electric bathroom towel radiator from VASCO, the HD-EL series in specific.

The horizontal round elements have a diameter of 22,5 mm, and the space between two elements is 23,65 mm.

This design is completely based upon these measurements, so verify if this fits your needs.

Print settings used

Because of the small design, i changed my standard print settings to have a stronger peace. These are the settings used:

• PETG filament, for strength, moisture resistance, heat from radiator
• Layer Height: 0,16 mm
• First Layer Height: 0,20 mm
• Vertical Shell Perimeters: 5
• Horizontal Shell Solid Layer Bottom: 7
• Horizontal Shell Solid Layer Top: 7

The hook is printed on its side (obviously) and results in a strong hook, even with the small design. When printed this way, the pull force of the bathrobe is in a 90 degree angle with the layer structure, witch makes the hook strong enough for a wet bathrobe to hang on without bending or breaking.
