Nozzle size indicator

This is a "no-glue" version of gabr42 Nozzle Size Indicator v2. Also more a bit more robust, can take dropping to floor without breaking.

Same dial can be used as in original (I also included that in this remix, it's unmodified and from original model.) This has new top and bottom parts that click together. 

Recommended to print with fairly small layer height so locking features work. There are small claws that grab top-part. And rotational position is locked by positioning those claws between poles.

I used PETG, that worked well, PLA not tested. I printed this with Prusa MK4, Prusa Mini and Prusa XL, all prints worked ok and top locked to place and dial rotates nicely.

No support needed.
