I made some replacement rings for the Enkei Aeronautics EK84/HeroesRacing iSpeed.

They're not 100% accurate to the original ones, for example the centercaps should have some writing on them but it's so tiny and thus hard to recreate with easy to access stuff, but I tried my best with the bad quality images I found online.

Disclaimer: The wheel I used as a reference was the European market version of the Enkei wheel which doesn't have the groove for the centercaps to click in, that's why I used heatinserts (M5x5.8 iirc) with screws to lock them in place from the inside.

For the rings, I made 2 variants, one which uses the original wavespring to lock them into place. The other uses a heat insert (M3x30) and an 18mm long M3 grub screw with a drop of loctite to hold the whole thing in place, so in case you lose it, you don't lose any expensive/rare original hardware.

For the writing, I suggest getting them cut with a professional vinyl cutter since there's a few tiny bits with which cheaper machines can struggle (ask me how I know)

Materials: I used PETG-CF for the centercaps and, yes, simple matte PLA (Polyterra Lavared) for the rings, so far they've been holding up fine for the last 2000 miles inlcuding lots of backroads, some highway driving and being sprayed with wheelcleaner several times. Depending on how hot your brakes get, PLA might not be suited for your application.

Orientation and settings: the centercaps can be printed upright, only supports needed for the lower outer edge, no supports needed on the inside or on the curves on top etc. simple filament swap to white for the logo.

The rings are best printed with the flat surface towards the top with ironing turned on, lots of support material is needed but that's how I had the best results, you could try printing them with the flat surface on the bed but due to the upside down fillet, it might turn out quite ugly. I printed everything with a 25% gyroid infill.
