HSW insert with embeded ziptie for mounting

This custom model was designed to enable hanging Honeycomb Storage Wall (HSW)  from a shelf, providing a convenient and organized storage solution. The design incorporates zipties embedded mid-print, allowing the inserts to be securely hung from various surfaces. To use the zipties you have to “sacrifice” another ziptie on top of a shelf and use that locking mechanism to attach the embeded zipties.

Key Features:

• Embedded Zipties: The model includes a cavity for zipties, which are embedded during the printing process using the color change command. This ensures a secure attachment point without compromising the structural integrity of the insert.
• Easy Installation: Simply print the model with the zipties embedded, then use an additional ziptie to hang the insert from the top of the shelf or any other suitable surface.
• Low filament usage: only uses about 2-3 grams of filament per insert to hang it from any suitable surface.
• Ziptie Cavity: A custom cavity has been added to securely hold the ziptie in place during printing and use.

Modifications from the Original:

• Filled Insert: The previously empty HSW insert has been filled to provide additional strength and support.
• Extended Length: The insert has been extended by a few millimeters to accommodate the ziptie cavity.
