Smooth Drawer Slide without Bearings (Vollauszug - Open Drawer System)

Here is the next Design from my "Open Drawer" Series. It is a full lenght drawer guide, that does not need any bearings! This Drawer Guide (in Germany its called Vollauszug btw.) uses the smooth surface of the PLA to run smoothly, so you wont need any bearings or any lubrication! As always, I did my best to design this thing to not need any support structures ;-)

Upgrades with Version 0.2 are:
-doubled the overall length (now 400mm)
-tighter tolerances (0.25mm from 0.5 before)
-extended the middle piece by 60mm
-"Stopblock" stayed the same

The extended overall length of V0.2 is 400mm, wich means that your drawer can be 200mm deep.

A Filament with low friction is needed, I use PLA, wich works perfect, but you can try other Materials as well.

Print Settings: layer hight: 0.15mm + 20% infill + at least 3 perimeters -–- No Supports, Rafts etc.

You need to glue the "stopblock" to the "middle piece", I used CA glue.
