I needed a little project to dive into OpenSCAD, so i decided to design a bowl sander.

Assembly

HANDLE - ANGLE JOINT CONNECTOR

1 x M5 hex screw 25mm
1 x M5 washer (5,3mm x 10mm)
1 x M5 wing nut
1 x M8 rod or screw 80mm (to connect the turned handle)
1 x [ turned handle]

SANDING PAD DISC/ BEARING - ANGLE JOINT CONNECTOR

1 x sanding pad disc
1 x spacer (fits the M6 screw in the 8mm hole of the bearing)
1 x M6 screw 30mm (depends on sanding pad disc)
2 x M6 washer
2 x M6 nut
1 x 608 bearing

ASSEMBLY

Press and/ or glue the bearing in the holder. Put all together. At the End glue the rod, the angle joint connector and the handle together. Ready, happy sanding!
