Sunshade sleeve / Muffe für Sonnenschirmständer

This model is designed to fit the shown sunshade stand, but may work for others as well. I designed it because one of the sleeves got lost and the sunshade couldn't be fixated anymore.

The fixation is made out of several ring sleeves fitting inside each other and tightened with a big screw from the outside. This one is designed to fit in the middle position, being the inner most one for holding a 38-39mm diameter sunshade, or another sleeve to hold smaller sunshades.

The inner diameter of this model is about 38.6mm and the outer diameter of the walls 46.2mm - which should match more or less the inner diameter of next, bigger one ring sleeve.

The model is not parametric yet but I'm happy to adjust if other requirements are given or upload different sizes as well.

Printing

I printed with TPE32 from Filament PM. This is not too weak but adjustable enough to be fastened by the screw, pressing all sleeves together.

Printing with this material should be done according to their guide, which is:

• use their print settings (for TPE88 which is the same as for TPE32), especially bed temperature to 0°
• use (clear) office tape to stick the model to the surface.

It's hard to get the office tape off of the model which you can see on the pictures. I think it doesn't matter that much.
