Air, Land & Sea Token Insert Redesign

Default settings should work but I ran this with 0.6mm nozzle, 0.48mm layer height, 220C and 65C, 1.2 wall thickness and 2 wall line count. So you can pretty be brutal with this if you want to print it fast. 

I removed some filament from the token holder that felt unnecessary, all the tokens are in place and works with the card holder.
