Measuring tape spool

I added different ribbon height options after user feedback. The size in mm is the size of the opening in the CAD, so you should leave some margin to have a bit of clearance (for example with the 15mm model, the actual opening size was ~14.8mm on my printer).

Inspired from another model; redesigned from scratch, smaller core, smaller outer shell, improved mechanism to lock and conceal the tape end insert, added lip on top to hide the tape, reduced opening and closed it on top; totally redesigned center axis to be integrated in the shell and have a locking mechanism to hold the spool in place.
