Hello

This is a surround taken from the development of Allure 7 which is currently in development still. This is specifically the Surround from Prototype 1.

Unlike all my previous 3D printed speaker drivers, Allure 7 only has 1 TPU/Varioshore component to 3D print. Not only this, the flexible components can be printed on whatever normal TPU settings you use!!!

So if you have tried printing my drivers before and struggled with the flexible parts, try this out and let me know how it goes!

Material usage is about 3.5g so only a small amount. Once printed, release with water. Ideally place a adhesive down before printing TPU filaments.

This surround is double walled instead of single walled, and has bonding points within the surround that cover multiple layers instead of just 1 or 2 layers. This all comes together to create multiple points where the print can recover itself, which is how it becomes much easier to print this version of a speaker surround
