This was drawn from scratch in FreeCad. The idea was to replicate a “Rack-Strap” part for use on a Riese and Muller Cargo Front Rack where the rear bars are 10deg off parallel to the front. Using a scaled (140%) print of the original Rack-Strap on the front bar and one of these on the rear allows the strap to run straight forward.
As given, the file is for the left-side. You'll need to print one mirrored for the right-side if you want two.
The second and third .amf/.stl files ("w logo" and “w logo mirrored”) include a rendition of the Riese & Muller logo on the big flat area of the strap bracket. Only the logo is mirrored, so use the mirror function in your slicer on the “mirrored” file to get the right-side version.

Best way to print for strength is on its side. This means you need support. It's a bit of a pain to remove from around the hooks, but doable with pliers.
