Some door knobs.
I printed a few of these in ASA for use on sheds. Had no issues with the print. Printed very well. I guess I could have used PETG or PLA for inside knob but as ASA was working well I just went with that inside and out.
I provide a few variants although I have not printed the two part versions I provide these to make it easy for you to customise, or print a two colour knob.
Usually for a face fix locks you'd want to print two knobs one inside and one out with just one rose required for outside and an optional spacer on inside although you may want rose inside too. Knob may be useful for other lock types.
The shiplap piece: For uneven surface behind rose. Most people wont want this. And even if you do want it - I cant know where the lap falls under the rose but this is one that I made for one of my shed doors. Unlikely this piece is useful but if the door is shiplap and provides an uneven surface it might just be useful to someone. Can be glued to back of rose.
The knobs expect English square lock shaft which I recall is something like 7.9mm sq which fits snug but not tight. I don't know about locks in other countries, they may be the same, you can always scale if not.
Side hole for grub screw is 4.8mm diameter which is tight and means the screw is not loose and will almost be screwing through the plastic knob. I thought about increasing diameter but preferred it this way.
Print with knob facing up. A little support material is required. I prefer having some support material with ASA for better bed adhesion and no warping. I think I set overhang to 20 degrees. I did not print in-sit with rose. The centre square hole is tapered to a pyramid to prevent need for support material there. If you get support material there reduce overhang till its gone. Support material should only be needed in the grub screw hole and around the base of the knob where it is cut to fit into the rose.
