This hairdryer has possibly the worst-designed switches imaginable. They're painful to use on the best of days and sometimes impossible to move. This thumb switch cover sits on top of the original switches and allows you to move the switches without injuring yourself.

This file fits the rights side switch. for the left side, simply clone and mirror across the long-axis (x-axis in my case)

To get the switches to stick properly, I heated the bottoms up briefly with a bbq torch to soften the plastic, then pressed them into place on the existing switch. This allows the plastic to form around the dimples on the existing switch.

Then once it's cooled, glue the switch covers to the existing switches with super glue.  If the switches get stuck together (like mine did) you can use a razor blade/knife to break the glue down the middle of the switches.
