I printed it with TPU
How do you make the locking ARM to fall into place? When i move it backwards it stays in the same place, perhaps too tight?

I do not think that TPU will work at all. It needs to be rigid filament. But you can try to move the spring forwards or backwards and see if it behaves different.
Sorry I meant I did it with PETG
I am looking to print this in a bigger variant, how do I figure out the right tolerances?
@RS_969541 how much bigger?
@Bobino trying to maximize the printsize for my Bambulab X1C
So the largest file fits and then the rest is scaled for the same.
This is 1/3 size, works nicely after a little rework.
Adjusting the spring length is important for good operation.

Impression en PETG.
1 point de colle pour maintenir le rssort et un petit coup de lime sur le rochet.
Merci pour cette réalisation

I don't need this now, but i'll save it for later and because its an amazing design
i need something like this but to lift a table side like the old ones with wings that would be awesome (edited)
the parts dont fit. the part that is working like a spring is too short. now I will try and make it longer 10mm. you can see from the pictures.

@toshkov81_1760847 Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I do not know where the problem came from. I will try to look into it and release the right models. Have you tried the longer spring? Does it work? Thank you for your input.
@toshkov81_1760847 I uploaded the right model for spring. It should work now. Before glueing it is good to try the mechanism and pull the spring out a little or cut it a little shorter until it works just right.
