Hydroponic - vinyl post end plate

I made a design for our hydroponic farming system. 

Short summary of our hydroponic system:

I use vinyl fence posts as “water trays”. The fence post have open top and bottoms, where the design has the purpose to seal it. The end plate design is made to fit the in and outlet of the nutrient water solution. The outer dimensions of the fence posts are 10.2 x 10.2 cm.  To properly secure and ensure the system is water tight I used silicone joint sealant. The fence posts have drilled holes to fit the baskets that the plants sit in.

I use the following components:

• 13mm inlet connector 
• 13mm hose (inlet - connected with pump)
• 19mm outlet connector
• 19mm hose (outlet to second post or back to water container)
• Water pump (please ensure you have sufficient water elevation and dimension that fits the hose)
• Fence posts
• Baskets

About the design:

I made two versions of the in/outlet. One with a centered hole and a second design with an offset, in case you want the water level to be higher or lower.

Printing advice:

• Material: PETG (as it handles UV better than other plastics I have for 3d printing)
• 0.3 layer height
• 15% infill
• 4 perimiters (0.4 mm nozzle)
• 5 top solid layers
• 4 bottom solid layers
