Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro case

I designed this cover to protect my new Buds 3 Pro case from scratches. It should also work with the normal Buds 3 since they are the same size. The cover has a snug fit and lets you access the case's functions.

Print settings

I designed the model with a 0.6mm nozzle in mind but should also work with a 0.4mm one. For the best results print in the orientation as shown on the picture with the following settings:

• Line Width: 0.6mm or 0.4mm
• Line Height: 0.2mm or less
• Infill: 100%
• Supports:
  • not needed for 0.6mm line width
  • enable supports from buildplate for 0.4mm line width

Usage

Even with a snug fit, the top part needs some help to stay on the earbud case securely. Apply some single-sided tape inside the top part to increase friction:

The cutouts on the bottom part keep the USB port, pair button and charge indicator functional with the case on:

The cutouts on the top part also let the lighting effects through. If you would like a Kirby look, you can print the case in pink!
