My wife wanted some hanger dividers for our daughter's closet, so here they are :-)
There are 4 with text and one blank stl. If you want to make ones with different text, I've also included a link to a model on tinkercad with two text objects that can be easily modified. If you remix with other text, please share.
The hangers themselves are 87mm (3 9/16") wide x 170mm (6 3/4") tall x 1.6mm thick.
The hole is 44mm (1 3/4") and the slot is 16mm (5/8")
Printer Brand:
Prusa
Printer:
I3 MK3S
Rafts:No
Resolution:
0.2 to 0.1 adapative
Infill:doesn't matter
Filament: - PLA, ABS White + Purple
Notes:
I printed my first in AB because I was concerned that PLA would be brittle, but what I discovered is that PLA is actually quite flexible at this thickness and flexes around the rod quite nicely. All the examples with text are on PLA.
Due to the thinness and rounded border, I used adaptive layers with 0.2 for the main area moving towards 0.1 or a little smaller for the top surface of the border. For the two colour prints, I used Prusa Slicer's colour change feature to insert a filament change just above the top surface of the main area.
I designed the divider itself in 123D using starting with measurements from commercial ones, then tweaking to suit my wife's requirements.
Text can be added in many apps, but I found it easiest to import the model into tinkercad and add text there. A model with text objects is available for tinkering:
