This is a box enclosure for the spot welder found on Banggood:

It uses M3 screws for the lid, as well a shorter one (5mm) for the board. The other side of the board is secured by a raised lip and a groove for the PCB to slide into..
My first venture into making a box for my various electronics that just sit around uncovered :D
Turns out my Fusion360 setup used cm instead of mm, so you may have to scale up 10x to get the correct size. The case length should be 140mm.
23-Jun-2021 - I've re-uploaded the files to their proper size, so the STL files won't need resizing.

Filament:
PETG/ABS Preferred
Notes:
I used PETG in case the device gets a little hot. I'm not sure if PLA would warp.
I printed on a textured sheet to give the lid and bottom a more finished look.
I recommend that you make the window for ventilation of the FETs and to see the indicator light inside.
The lid is made solid, but you can use any slicer to print a portion with an infill design of your choice (set top and bottom layers to 0).
The Button
The button part is a bit tricky, as the actual button is only 1mm deep. it just needs the slightest hole depth on the bottom to seat nicely. Might need some sanding depending on tolerances.
You'll also need to open the lid hole a bit to fit the button.
