Best to print it down the way you install it, with Normal Support and at least 0.25mm spacing to the support for easy removal.

There are 2 files one which matches the top curve of the original knobs and one which is flat at the top. I personally find the flat one looking better, even though it it does not look 100% as existing knobs.
