Wanting to make use of the Mosquito Hotend's ability to do single-hand nozzle changes, I decided to print a hard mount to adapt my railcore from the groovemount adapter that comes with the kits. I originally chose the SE-designed adapter, but found it too short, and the nozzle wouldnt go past my hotend fan.

This adapter addresses that problem, by moving the mounting point down by 5 mm. Additionally, I found that for higher flow rates, the PTFE tube liked to buckle and come out. The groovemount adapter solves this by using a brass collet clip insert, but for my purposes (and because i wanted to just get back up and running quickly), i elected to simply have this as a single part. This would be more robust if it were made of metal (and i encourage you to check out MRW's native mosquito mount) but this was a rewarding exercise on my end.

I have also included a drawing of the internal bowden adapter geometry and STEP files for all components for easy remixing.
