Exposure Light Front Rack/Fork Mount

A minimalism clip-in light mount for EXPOSURE Trace (or same OD) light. 

Compatibility:

For most of the bike front rack or fork with M5 screws.

Print Instruction:

Recommend to print with PLA Tough/Professional or PETG with a thicker wall setting. You should also print it vertically for better structural strength. The layer texture from the printing process also a perfect grip to the CNC surface of the Exposure Light. Tree-type support also recommended for a better printing quality, no brim needed. 

Installation:

For installation, you'll need one extra longer M5 screw depends on the stack of tubes of your rack. Also a M5 washer is highly recommended for preventing the screw grinds out material with more torque go into it. And don't over torque it!

I have tested this design for a while on multiple terrains like city commuting/technical gravel/single track. It holds well and so far never drop the light.
