Universal Spoke Wrench Ring

An universal Ring Spoke Wrench

Usable for spoke nipple sizes: 9/10/11/12/13/14/15/15.

Which are equal to a slot of the following width:

• 15 = 3.2 mm
• 15. = 3.3 mm (15 is present twice with different dimension each, i added the dot myself)
• 14 = 3.5 mm
• 13 = 3.6 mm
• 12 = 4 mm
• 11 = 4.3 mm
• 10 = 5 mm
•  9 = 5.7 mm

Other dimensions: 

• Outer diameter: 40 mm
• Center hole diameter: 20 mm
• Total height: 12.75 mm
• Bottom wall height (depth of the hole): 4mm
• Wall thickness: 4mm

This spoke wrench was NOT intended to be used made of plastic. The design is simply a copy of a metal version.

HOW TO PRINT:

If you do dare to print it, i suggest using a filament with a strong layer adhesion like PETG and a set proper infill. 

Make sure you properly oil your spoke threads before you go for it, so the stresses are not as extreme. 

I still doubt it will survive… 

And most importantly, also print the DIAL with it.

If nothing else it should make for a fun fidget toy!

While being a no name made in taiwan spoke wrench, it did arrive on a MAX1 branded cardboard.

There are many similar spoke wrenches on the market, if you need this adapted to some other dimensions let me know in a comment. Meanwhile you can possibly try scaling it in the slicer.
