This is a spool holder I designed for use with the IKEA Lack Enclosure:
https://www.prusaprinters.org/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure/
I wanted something that would allow me to swap out spools quickly and easily, and not have to fidget with rails. I suggest printing this with 50% infill and lying on its side so that the "arm" is aligned with the Z-axis.
Although this print orientation isn't optimal for strength, it should be sufficient to hold up 1 kg spools. I printed with 3 perimeters, but you could increase this (and infill %) if you are worried about part strength.
You can use two #12-3/4" (or 6x20mm) screws to secure this onto the top of the Lack table. You may need to drill the holes (7/32" or 5.5 mm) to fit the screws, depending on your printer's tolerances.
