NFC Tag for AW Ultra band

DESCRIPTION

I always forget my gym bracelet, and I also really don’t like having a lot of things on my hands. Inside mine was an NFC chip 12*18.5*1mm (5th photo). I glued it inside the model, stopping the printing on the layer I needed. Works great with Ocean Band.

INSTRUCTIONS

Print in TPU

0.4 nozzle, Layer height: 0.16, I chose 100% infill, I set the manual snug only for the TOP bridge (last photo). Before the layer where the bridge begins (with my parameters it’s 16, 6th photo), set a pause, glue the chip and continue printing. Voila!!)

The NFC is completely covered with layers of TPU, you can swim, everything works fine.
