4in Ceramic Extruder Dies

These are dies that should work with most 4in ceramic wall mounted clay extruders similar to this one https://www.northstarequipment.com/Extruders.htm . 

Printing Settings
I printed mine out of PLA with 3 bottom, top, and wall layers, 35% gyroidal infill. initial testing is good for durability with no signs of layer separation or creaking. I made mine on a Bambu X1 with a 0.4mm nozzle

I included the Solidworks file I used to create these dies and the .3mf  blank files if you want to design your own dies.

Design Tips
I found a .2in wall is about right for the tube wall thickness. A leading chamfer of .1"@45deg and a round cutout of 0.75" was necessary to recompress the clay around the “z” bar that supports the inner piece of the die.
