• The pieces were developed with very tight tolerances (0.2mm) to ensure proper alignment and functionality of the assembly, so it’s important to make sure everything is well-calibrated or that you understand what is needed for everything to work correctly.

K1 | K1C HONEYCOMB VENTILATION SIDE PANELS

• The panels aim to reduce the internal temperature of 3D printers, facilitating efficient printing of materials like PLA and similar filaments.
• This project is intended for all makers who exclusively use PLA or similar materials in their 3D printers.
• Currently, it's necessary to open the door and remove the top cover of the printer to reduce the internal temperature. Otherwise, the temperature becomes too high for printing PLA, causing nozzle clogs. This process is inconvenient and can compromise print quality.
• The panels are designed with honeycomb openings, significantly increasing airflow inside the printer. These panels replace the original fully enclosed ones, eliminating the need to operate the printer with the door open and lid removed.
