Mellow Fly SHT36 V3 Wristwatch Mount PG7

**Edit: I redesigned the original mount to include a PG7 thread tightener since my PG7 gland kept getting loose.  You will need an M2 heat insert and an M2 SHCS 10 mm for the threaded clamp.

I also noticed the cable gland was getting in the way of the filament cutter bolt since I installed Xol-Metrix.  Therefore, I redesigned the mount so the PG7 gland is mounted on the right. It also has the thread tightener

Be sure to print the cable clamp labeled “CAN cable clip (PG7 right side)” for the mount that has the PG7 threaded clamp on the right side.  The clip will be installed on the left side where you see the tab hole.

I wanted the perfect mount for my Mellow Fly SHT36 V3 board that included a PG7 gland holder.  After several iterations, I came up with this that also includes a CANBUS cable clamp (still a bit tight) and a place for a zip tie to hold the extruder cable.

I use typical Voron settings in the slicer, except I used 0.16 layer height, and I made the cable clamp 100% infill. I recommend supports except for the zip tie holes. You will also need two heat inserts (M3x4x5), one that goes in the hole on the end of the clamp, and the other for the right hole of the mount.  You will also need one M3x8 BHCS for the right side of the mount and one M3x10 BHCS for the clamp and the left hole of the mount. There is a tab on the clamp as well as a notch in the mount where the clamp goes.

Please note:  you will have to trim the CAN dip switch 1 to get it to fit.  Mine completely broke off during installation, but was of no consequence.  It can still be moved using the tip of an exacto knife.
