One of my fence post caps was missing when I moved into my house, and another took some damage during a DIY tree trimming incident. I couldn't find any replacements with the similar 1" by 1" flat portion on top rather than a point.
It's not an exact match with the curved rails but it's pretty darn close.
Two models are provided, one with screw holes on the lower portion of 2 faces, and one with no holes. The Fusion .f3d file is provided for anyone who wishes to edit it.

Model finishing/prep:
I printed it in PLA, as I doubt it will get hot enough where I live to approach the glass transition temperature. Personally I think the outdoor durability and UV resistance of PLA is understated, and I didn't have any white PETG on hand.
Sanded with 220 grit sandpaper. Sprayed with a couple coats of polyurethane to fill in the layer lines even better and try to prevent dirt from settling in them. Unfortunately the poly added the slightest tan tint to the model and it's no longer a perfect color match but close enough.
Generously added cyanoacrylate glue into the interior of the base prior to installing it. Reused the screws from the old broken cap. Seems solid. Will update the description if the model prematurely weathers.
