T-Slot Rail Handle 16mm Width

This is a contoured handle for t-slot aluminum extrusion.  The bolt holes are 8.2mm, allowing clearance for either M8 or 5/16" bolts, which are common in 1"x1" and larger aluminum extrusion (slot size 6 and above).  Handle grip is 16mm wide for a nice sturdy feel in the hand.  Overall length is 188mm.  Bases are 28mm square.  If you would like this handle adapted for smaller t-shot rails, reach out and I am happy to adjust the model for you.  Just let me know what size the rail is and what size bolts you are using.

Supports needed on bottom of handle grip.  The bottom couple layers of the handle grip are flat rather than curved to allow better support adhesion.
