My 3D printing “workshop” is in a room in the basement that has a hug securely mounted mirror. I'm not about to take it down - it's likely extremely heavy and my luck it would shatter. I also have no where to put it that it wouldn't break. So why not make a clip to hang the honeycomb wall off of the mirror? Pictures show the freestanding wall as my test subject. It would work with any variation of the wall. I'm thinking that I'll print enough to fill the mirror and then struggle to figure out what I should mount on it… If it reaches, I think I could put the clips on the bottom to secure the bottom to the mirror as well….or add the HSW inserts to attach double-sided tape to secure the middle portions of the wall to the mirror. I used the fine settings on my Elegoo Neptune 4 as I've been trying to dial it in a bit more - I find black PLA prints much differently than any other colour so far at least in the Elegoo line. These turned out very well. I also used supports. Laying the clip on it's side produced an organic tree holding the inside top of the HSW clip. Breaks off easy, just had to spread the clip slightly to get the “tree” out. Didn't use brim. I'm finding with the textured PEI plate and printing at 205 with the bed at 60 is good.
**Update, I have included a “wider” version of the same clip. I found the original size doesn't lay quite flat on it's side because the edges of the hsw connector stick over the sides just a bit.
