Overdrive tire truer RSM4 Mods

Based on MrFlippant Original Idea and design of the MSR Tire Truer Sanding Plate Reciprocation Machine I made it work for the Overdrive tire truer RSM4.
 

I have printed everything in ABS on a Voron Trident 
I have used the recommended Voron settings of for most of the parts as the extra walls seams better for the parts that thread into ABS
Layer height: 0.2mm.
Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced.
Infill percentage: 40%
Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic.
Wall count: 4.
Solid top/bottom layers: 5.
Supports: NONE.

The Axle Pulleys I printed at Layer height: 0.1mm and 100% or Solid Infill and random seam.

I have been working on this since November 2022 so its a bit hard to remember all the changes I have made. 

I have also added some other parts:
Thumb Screw for easy tool free changing of the Swing Arm
Sanding plate guides with Thumb Screws for quick and tool free adjustment.
Custom size Axle Pully so the Sanding Plate gets more throw. 
Large Knob for the Hight Adjustment of the Swing Arm
Gantry (Motor Mount) can have a switch added.


Hardware
Motor: GA12-N20 12 volt 30 RPM
DPDT Miniature Toggle Switch (Jaycar Australia Part No. ST0356)

4 - M3 x 16mm Cap Head
1 - M3 x 10mm Cap Head
1 - M3 Lock Nut
8 - M3 x 4mm Grub Screw - Axle Pully/Large Knob
1 - M2.5 x 3mm Grub Screw - Motor Arm
2 - M1.6 x 6mm Cap Head
Double Side tape for Sanding Plate Mount to Sanding Plate and it good for Sticking sand paper to the Sanding plate. (I used Bear 48mm x 4.5m White Double Sided Tape for tiles and carpet)
NSR Motor wire for the wire to run through the Gantry (nsr4824). Max wire diameter should be approx. 2mm to fit.

Tools I used
3mm and 2.38mm reamers for the pulleys.
M3 tap for the for the Sanding plate guide threads in the Base

I have used the following and modified them
Gantry (motor mount) - I added a switch mount and hidden wire channel, moved mounting point.

Motor Arm - I added a M3 lock nut and changed the length to suit the amount of throw needed to use most of the sanding plate.
