BLTouch Mount for IT-Works 3D Titan Aero Toolhead for Lulzbot Mini

Requires 2x38 mm (cut down 40 mm) M3 SHCS screws are required to replace the 35 mm screws.

I've reimplemented the fan mount part by bwalso in Fusion 360 so I could modify it to increase clearance for the fan duct on the right side.

I've mirrored the BLTouch mount by NiclasB so it's the correct orientation for the Lulzbot Mini.

Fusion 360 files are included for both parts.

I haven't integrated this with the printer yet. Not sure if the Mini Rambo has enough pins and I don't want to modify my wiring, so I think I'll try to get it working in Klipper with it connected to the RPI (as a second MCU in Klipper).
