My original fans where starting to making bearing noises, so I made these brackets to allow me to install whatever 120mm or 140mm fans I wanted.
This bracket allows installation of 2x120mm or 2x140mm fans. This bracket will make the card wider.
I have a bracket that only 120mm fans can fit and cuts the top protruding 140mm mounting holes out. This will allow the bracket and fans to keep the same width as the Heat sink.
You'll need 2 GPU adapter cables if you want to have PMW control of the fans through the graphics card. These are the cables I got.
You'll need to print in a material that's heat resistant. I used Polymaker PA6-CF, but ASA or ABS should be fine.
You will need to use the screws removed from the stock fans on the GPU to mount the bracket.
Any long screws used for mounting fans to radiators will work to mount the fans to the bracket.
I used a Bambu Lab X1-Carbon. Standard Preset with 3 walls and 20% Infill.
