Baseus 100W desktop charger magnetic mount

It's a pretty cool charger but doesn't come with a way to attach it under your desk - so I designed mount to do that using magnets :)

Beware! Inserting the charger into the mount might leave some minor scratches that will become visible after removing the charger. Don't use this model if you're not fine with that.

Printing

My printing settings:

• Material: PETG
• Walls: 3
• Infill: 15% gyroid
• Nozzle: 0.4
• Line height: 0.2

Assembly

1. Apply some glue to the holes on the side and insert 2 20x5 mm magnets. I used two-part epoxy. The magnets are very strong so won't stay in place with friction alone.
2. Once the glue has set, insert the charger into the mount. You might need to use a bit of force to slide it in all the way.
