We have had this design underway and have tested it extensively since December 2023. We have two models, this free to use basic model of which you can download and use yourself though it doesn't have the modularity for different size rod diameters that the pro offers ehich is for sale on our website.
Easily slips on and off your jig rod and pushed firmly into your rod holder. Pull off when not needed whilst fishing or slide to the bottom of your rod butt.
Our pro model is a little more refined and is a 3 piece kit. It offers a more secure solution, whilst not impacting fishing performance as it attached to your rod holder via a lanyard. We have tested this at 30knots underway in rolling choppy seas without issue. The pro model is for sale at www.jeoutdoorsau.com

If you're having stringing issues dry your filament for 8 hours at 70deg.
Standard tpu profile in orca slicer for bambulab tpu95 hf works fine.
