Better Prusament Clamp

This is a modification of the prusament clamp to flatten the sides of the screw - allowing it to be reasonably printed on it's side. This allows materials with weaker layer adhesion to still produce a strong screw, as the screw will only be loaded along the XY plane.

This mod shaves 7mm off of either side of the screw knob which allows it to be printed horizontally - with the exception of the ball joint. Only the ball joint piece requires supports.
