I designed this base to fit my electronic powder scale that I purchased off Amazon. I remixed the original design to fit my needs and to avoid knocking the trickler over when in use. I will provide a link to the scale that this base fits. I used a rubber o-ring on the stem to help keep the stem from walking out while in use.
The scale is the Fuzion TGD-1500gn

I have uploaded the step files so you an remix to fit your scales.
I did test my print with a ball powder and it did leak past the stem it may be fine with stick type powders with out scaling up the stem. It turns out my printer printed the stem undersized. I am reprinting with it scaled up by 1%, 2%, and 3% I will post my results. If you print leave a comment and let me know how it worked out for you.
UPDATE: 7/14/2024 I reprinted the stem scaled up by 1%, 2%, and 3%. The stem that was scaled up 2% fit perfect. If you print this and the stem feels really loose and ball powder is leaking past the stem, scale up the stem before reprinting the base.
The author remixed this model.
I used the original designers idea for the powder hopper and remixed the base to hold my electronic scale.
