Print with his foot in the air and his eyes on the top layer. I recommend .1 layer height to ensure you get the nubs for the eyes and cheeks, and consider using support on the backside of the mouth to keep that :O in place. AirTag fits less tightly than in some other designs but hasn't fallen out in my several weeks of use.
