I wanted a handy way to take the corners off of blanks destined for turning on a lathe.  Designed for use with a band saw.  These jigs work with ¾", 1", and 1.5" blanks.  The larger handle is needed for the 1.5" sled.  Simply attach the handle with a 1 ¼" ¼-20 bolt and a nut.  I prefer a nylon locking nut to a standard nut but either will work.  Don't over tighten.

Set your fence using the sled of the jig between the fence and the blade and its ready to go.

If one of the files shows up in the slicer super tiny, make sure that you select it and convert the units from Imperial, that should solve the issue.
