3D Printed Small Bass Reflex Speakers

I designed these 3D printed speakers around the Aiyima 2" driver which can be found on Aliexpress.

Helpfully a guy on Youtube (

at about 40seconds) shared the Thiele Small parameters for them and using those I designed the enclosure (around 600cc volume) using the Android App: Speaker Box Lite

Bass tube is designed to be printed half and half in the side and front panels to avoid supports. For symmetry simply print the other speaker mirrored in your slicer.

Speakers were designed in Onshape

Printed in Creality CR-PLA Black and Blue on Ender 3 V3 SE with 200°C nozzle and 60°C bed at 0.2mm with 20% infill. I used a raft for the front panel as warpage was an issue for me without it.

I subsequently designed some stands for them to set them on the desk at about 30°
