A cat sign or badge in dimensions: 150x100 mm (4"x6"), may be put on some door, which could mean some kind of care…

Colour change added. If your printer support ironing, you may slice yourself and add that feature, but the print time will increase significantly. 

Put a bit of doubble-sided tape to place it on desired surface, or you may remove four black “nail heads” with a scalpel, and you will get 4 holes.
