A recreation of the Wilson Airless Basketball - this model bounces great and weighs similarly to a regular basketball.

50% infill (gyroid)

A durable filament with good energy return - see list below for the different tested materials. I highly recommend you use PEBA filament as this design has been optimized for it.

Supports

Randomized seam - if you keep the seam on aligned, it will create a weak point along the lattice causing the ball to break.

Tested materials

• PEBA (93A) - Weighs just under 600g, bounces about 80% of a normal basketball. Super durable and endures impacts well - has not broken so far.
