This is my take on a blades bin for Gridfinity. It's 2 x 1 x 10 “u”.

It's 60g filament, but produces a nice solid print which doesn't give you any concerns that it might break at some point. It's intended to be disposable, ie no removable lid. There are better designs with removable lids, there are clever designs with vase mode. This is just an easy, traditional print.

It's fairly large, so will likely take blades for many years, after which I'd expect to tape up the slot and put it in the bin with reasonable confidence that nobody is going to get hurt.

I used PLA, likely the ideal material choice.

The internals are filleted so that it prints OK without support, at least on my Bambu P1S. The “Sharps” label didn't come out well at all, so I dropped that from the design.
