This is part of a larger project that I will post later. It's useful enough on its own that I thought I should post it. This is for mounting a standard linear switch to an HGR20 rail. Tolerances are spot on, so you may need to play with your settings a touch. It should slide easy on the rail without play. The set screw is M4x12 and the switch mounting screws are M2.5x10. You will need heated thread inserts. The set screw is offset so that it can be used anywhere and not interfere with the mounting bolt holes of the HGR20 rail. There are duplicate holes for the M2.5 mounting screws so that it can be used on either side.

I used @Delu002_365320 model for the dimensions - which are a little difficult to find online!

I used this switch, these M2.5x4 inserts, and Ruthex M4 inserts.
