Stackable Ganache Frame Set

This is based off of the Matfer Bourgeat Stackable Ganache Frame Set

13.75" x 13.75" (349mm x 349mm)

With 3 sets of frames at 10mm, 16mm, 19mm tall

Should use parchment paper or plastic wrap to keep food from contact. Not made for cooking in the oven. I used PETG with PLA support interfaced, and works well.

Does not include the base that comes with Matfer, but a standard full sheet tray should work fine
