Background

A system that is divided into two smaller systems. One for cutting the bottle and the other for turning the cut bottle into material suitable for the printer.
It is important to note that the system is based on old Ender3 components, so it is easy to obtain these components.

Every bottle can supply you 15-30 grams of filament. it sounds a little bit but its more than enough (also you can reload it when one spool is over). 

I will share a sample model in order to give you the profile that I am using for my prints.

Required components

  1. Printing of all the attached models (use help from here)
  2. 6 bearings
  3. Stepper motor
  4. Ender3's screen
  5. Ender3's controller
  6. Ender3 power supply
  7. Ender3 nozzle heating element
  8. Ender3 temperature sensor
  9. Heating element for Ender3 nozzle
  10. Wooden surface (I used size of 12x70 cm)
  11. U-shaped piece of metal
  12. knife
  13. Rubber
  14. Metal tube with thread

General assembly instructions:

Before starting, the images include all the visual details you need so please use them during the assembling.

  1. Assemble the bottle cutting system according to the attached pictures.
  2. Assemble the material rolling system.
  3. Connect the material rolling system to a wooden board.
  4. Attach the nozzle to the U-shaped metal and attach them to a wooden board.
  5. Connect the power supply and the control board to the wooden board.
  6. Make sure everything is connected properly without a short circuit. 
  7. Please pay attention to the photos for all the smalls stuffs.
