Hello Everyone

I designed a carabiner with a lock and a hole for attaching a rope.  There are three versions to choose from and they differ in assembly. I recommend versions 2 and 3 with a screw, but version 1 with a printed pin is also strong.

  • Version 1 - Assembly using a printed pin
  • Version 2 - Assembly with one M3 6-7mm screw
  • Version 3 - Assembly with one M3 4-5mm screw and one Heat Threaded Insert M3 3mm OD 4.2mm

Additionally, the carabiner has a hole suitable for a 2-3 mm rope. I used a polypropylene rope with a diameter of 2 mm. A threaded connector is available for the rope. A rope is an additional accessory to which you can attach a selected item and protect it against falling or theft. You can see everything in the photo gallery.

The carabiner includes logos on the bottom and top. If you do not color the bottom logo, it will not be printed and will not be visible. You can download the STL file that needs to be colored and the 3MF file that is ready to print and is in color (Just change the filament to Your color). You can of course also print it in one color.

When you complete the project, please share a photo and a comment. Thank you and have a nice day.
