Replacement Piece For the True Innovations DPS 3D Insight Gaming Chair, This Connects The Rotating Lumbar Piece Under The Head Rest.

You Will Need Hardware From The Existing Chair Since This Only Replaces The Rubber Arm.

Installation Instructions:

OEM Rubber Piece Removal Instructions:

Assuming The Rubber Piece Broke In The Middle And One Half is still in the Chair:
There is a Lever Above It, Rotate it Up And Away And The Rubber Piece Will Slide UP And  Out of the Holder.

As Per The Lumbar Piece Itself, Typically There Will Be Rubber And Metal Attachment Point  that are screwed in that attach to the rubber mount on the chair side. Simply Remove it.  SAVE THE SCREWS FOR STEP 2!

Replacement Piece Install Instructions:

 Step 1:
On The Bottom Of The Piece, There Is a Slightly Smaller Diameter in the tube, That Stops  The Screws and Holds It On.

Attach It To The Lumbar Piece Using The Screws with The Bottom side AGAINST the lumbar  Plate (THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE INTERNAL LIP ON THE BOTTOM), I Personally  Prefer To Screw them in About Half Way Just To Give Some Give And Let The Piece Do What  The Rubber Piece Did. (Seen In Attached Photos)

 Step 2:
This Is Where it Gets Tricky Due To Space Constraints.

Align The Plastic Piece With The Already Existing Slide System's Channel, Put The Part On  Top Of Said Channel, And Guiding It With Your Thumb or Another Finger,  Push It Into The  Channel, It Should Go In Fairly Easily Once Aligned, But Aligning It Is Kind Of Annoying.
