Improved mesh of "Fallout Vault Boy Charisma Bobblehead" head

So, I found this really nice model of the Fallout Charisma Bobblehead model, but I didn't accept the quality of the head. A lot of definition was missing and detail wasn't as clear as in the rest of the model so I decided to improve the mesh and detail in Blender. Also fixed a few small issues with the hair so it should print with less issues.

Will do an improved mesh of the body as well if requested. I'm currently printing the head myself and will share images once it's finished.

This improved mesh also allows for larger printing without mesh artifacts showing too much.

Now with upscaled mesh for the head, and improved detailing on the sharp lines. Also added a lot of definition in all the creases and hairdo. Clean mesh.
