Motorola T92 H2O KlickFast Stud

A simple KlickFast stud to fit Motorola T92 H2O handheld PMR radios.

Fit confirmed with official Peter Jones KlickFast docks.

Print settings

• Orientation: 90º rotation (as screenshot)
• Material: PETG/ASA (for strength)
• Nozzle size: 0.6mm
• Layer height: 0.3mm
• Supports: tree/organic
• All other settings: default

During initial use, one corner of the stud snapped off at a layer line, despite the orientation to minimise these stresses. It might be a print defect in the initial print, but it may be worth an acrylic conformal coating to strength the layer lines further.
